  • Do you provide training? Yes, over 40 hours per week.

  • What kind of support can I expect once I join? We provide a complete onboarding package, daily training, and weekly coaching.

  • What tools do you provide? We provide an industry-leading CRM, pay for your TC, pay for sign installations and removals, open house signs, listing photos, business cards, lockboxes, a world-class listing presentation, world class-buying consultation, and more. Under certain circumstances, we may even provide an assistant.

  • What’s your split? That’s an interesting question to ask. The better question is, “What can I expect to make in the next 12 months? The answer to that is $80,000.

  • How will my business grow with you more than another team? It will absolutely grow faster.

  • How long will it take for me to get paid on my first deal? We’ve had agents get paid as soon as 45 days, but the typical time is under 90 days.
